COTA Announces Transit Reroute and Delays During Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure this Weekend

Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) customers should expect delays and reroutes this weekend as thousands participate in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure this Saturday, May 20 in downtown Columbus.

Preparations for the race will reroute Lines 71, 72 and 73 starting Friday evening, May 19, as race organizers prepare for the event. On Saturday morning, the race will reroute Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 102, CMAX and Zoo Bus in the downtown area beginning at 8 a.m. This will close many transit lines on North and South High Streets, Rich Street, Town Street, West Broad Street, Long Street and Nationwide Boulevard. Customers should expect significant delays until approximately noon Saturday.
